Sensitivity metrics per brain lobe

The sensitivity metrics per brain lobe were computed using the ICBM 2009c Nonlinear Symmetric atlas. The atlas were registered to the subjects space using ANTs and the lobes mask was multiplied by the binary manual segmentation, the resulting label mask was used to compute the sensitivities per lobe of the brain. Subjects that had global sensitivity smaller than 85% were considered outliers and were removed from the statistics.
